Terms & Conditions

1. Service Agreement

By booking with Mover Buddy International Relocation Pvt. Ltd., you agree to our relocation terms, pricing structure, cancellation rules, service conditions, and liability coverage.

2. Booking & Payment

• A booking shall be considered confirmed only after written or digital approval of the final quotation by the customer.
• Additional charges may apply for extra items not declared earlier.
• Advance payment may be required, particularly for long-distance, intercity, or international relocations.
• Final payment must be cleared before or at the time of delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide complete and accurate inventory details, addresses, and contact information.
• Ensure proper access for loading/unloading.
• Declare all fragile, valuable, or special-handling items in advance.
• Be responsible for permissions, parking arrangements, and society approvals, if applicable.

4. Company Responsibilities

Mover Buddy International Relocation Pvt. Ltd. agrees to:

• Provide trained and professional manpower for packing, handling, loading, and unloading.
• Use industry-standard, good-quality packing materials suitable for safe transit.
• Make reasonable efforts to deliver consignments within the committed timeline, subject to external conditions.

5. Insurance & Claims

Transit insurance is optional and arranged through a third-party insurance provider upon customer request.

The company acts only as a facilitator and is not an insurance provider.

Any loss or damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with photographs and relevant documents.

Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

6. Liability

Mover Buddy International Relocation Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for delays, loss, or damages caused due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic congestion, weather conditions, strikes, natural calamities, accidents, government restrictions, or unforeseen events.

7. Prohibited Items

The company strictly does not transport:

• Explosives, chemicals, flammable, or hazardous materials
• Illegal, restricted, or prohibited goods
• Perishable food items unless special written arrangements are made in advance

Any undisclosed prohibited items found during transit may result in service termination without refund.

8. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations after booking confirmation may incur administrative and operational charges.
• Cancellations after vehicle dispatch are strictly non-refundable.
• Any costs already incurred by the company shall be payable by the customer.

9. Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising from these services shall be resolved amicably where possible. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts where Mover Buddy International Relocation Pvt. Ltd. operates, subject to Gurgaon.
